Holding fee is to hold a puppy until it is ready to leave is 500 and non refundable. 200 non refundable for retired teens adults. Balance will be due 1 week prior to leaving on transport or with flight nanny. If picking up in person balance is paid cash at pickup. Puppies go home between the ages of 12 to 16 weeks depending on their individual readiness with weaning ect. In some special cases go home time may extend past 16wks and will be determined by us and fully based on the health and well being of the puppy 1st and foremost. This is to insure that your puppy and you have the easiest and least stressful transition to their new home. By putting down a holding fee you acknowledge it is non refundable and are accepting the terms of our puppy contract. We require a 2 week notice for pickups. If doing nanny or ground transport this may be longer as a health cert from the vet is required and will depend on when a vet visit can be scheduled.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.
If for any reason, at anytime during the puppy/dogs time in our possesion, we feel that a home and or potential buyer, will no longer be a good home or buyer, for our puppy/puppies/dog, we reserve the right to cancel the reserve/holding fee/sale of any puppy/dog in our possession, and the holding fee and any other monies received will be refunded in full to the original reserve/holding fee, holder. Any prior perceived promises of transfer of possession of said puppy/dog becomes null and void. The holding fee and any other monies will also be refunded in full if anything that is on our end happens that we determine to cancel the sale of the puppy, i.e. extra medical attention, a birth defect, an accident of the puppy occurs, or death, etc. In all other cases the reserve/holding fee is non refundable for any reason on the purchaser end.
We accept zelle, walmart to walmart in store only (no online transfers from walmart) or we will also accept a western union or money gram money order , (depending on your walmart and which money order they sell), bought from Walmart or postal money order sent by usps with tracking number. We will no longer make exceptions to this. If picking up it is cash only on pick up, no exceptions.
We do not accept online walmart payments. No exceptions.
Full balance is cash at pickup or if receiving puppy/dog via nanny or transport money order must be sent with a tracking number and received 10 buisness days prior to departure. If you fail to pay balance 10 days prior your delivery, delivery date may get changed. Which could cause flight fares or transport fees to rise at your cost. Or could cause you to lose your spot on ground transport and have to wait until the next route is scheduled. It could also cause a reset date for your flight nanny service. A daily boarding rate of 25.00 per day will be applied if this happens and could also require another vet visit and new health cert at which you will be charged 60.00 for such.
