We have 4 options for delivery/pickup. They are defined below. I need to stress that we can only meet locally on the weekend afternoons after 2pm. We usually start meeting pickup appts at 3pm and 3:30 and so on. We have a paralyzed 22yr old daughter that must maintain a care schedule. We have an on call schedule to abide to. We just do not have the time for deliveries or meeting over an hour away at the airport. Before purchasing a puppy please be sure you read this and that one of these choices work for your puppy pickup. If you place a deposit it is your acceptence and agreement to these options and it will be non refundale for pickup issues. This is the buyer responsibility.
**On rare occasions that we can meet at the airport it would need to be an flight that is after noon on weekend days only and there will be a fee to meet there**
We also have a flight nanny. We will only work with our flight nanny as she can pick the puppy up from our door and take the puppy to the airport. This is the way we can make flight services available as other flight nannies fly stand by and their schedules and time frames are to uncertain for our schedules with work, kids, school, and our furkids. We have a great ground transporter that has delivered several of our babies safe and healthy. Their contact info is

If you choose to fly in yourself,
Our flighy nanny can also accommodate picking up your puppy from us and meeting you at the airport with your puppy for an extra charge that is very reasonable. We can not meet you at the airport do to our schedules.
You are also welcome to come to pick up your baby in person. We meet at a public destination in the daylight hours only on Saturday and Sunday after 2pm.
These services are a recommendation, not a requirement. And the fees and services for this are separate from BCW Pomeranians with a separate fee from your puppy purchase. Fee is based on mileage from our home in Illinois to your home address for ground transport. Flight nanny services are based on current flight cost and length of flights.
If you prefer to find and hire your own transporter this is your choice, however we will need the company name, USDA license number and insurance information. We will verify all of this as well as references.
We only work with USDA licensed and insured transports with experience in small breeds.
