**HOLDING FEE TAKEN AT 4WKS OF AGE OR OLDER ONLY**
Holding fee is to hold a puppy until it is ready to leave is 500 and non refundable. 200 non refundable for retired teens adults. Balance will be due at age 8 weeks or 2 weeks after your holding fee if puppy is 8 wks at time of deposit. Full balances due no later than 8 weeks of age. Puppies go home between the ages of 12 to 16 weeks depending on their individual readiness with weaning ect. By putting down a holding fee you acknowledge it is non refundable and are accepting the terms of our puppy contract. We require a 2 week notice for pickups. If doing nanny or ground transport this may be longer as a health cert from the vet is required and will depend on when a vet visit can be scheduled.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.
If for any reason, at anytime during the puppy/dogs time in our possesion, we feel that a home and or potential buyer, will no longer be a good home or buyer, for our puppy/puppies/dog, we reserve the right to cancel the reserve/holding fee/sale of any puppy/dog in our possession, and the holding fee and any other monies received will be refunded in full to the original reserve/holding fee, holder. Any prior perceived promises of transfer of possession of said puppy/dog becomes null and void. The holding fee and any other monies will also be refunded in full if something happens to the puppy, i.e. extra medical attention, a birth defect, an accident of the puppy occurs, or death. In all other cases the reserve/holding fee is non refundable.
We only accept walmart to walmart in store only (no online transfers from walmart) or we will also accept a western union or money gram money order , (depending on your walmart and which money order they sell), bought from Walmart from sent with a usps tracking number. We will no longer make exceptions to this. If picking up it is cash only on pick up, no exceptions.
We do not accept online walmart payments. No exceptions.
Full balance is cash at pickup or a walmart money order sent with a tracking number (we give 7 days to receive it, if not received within 7 days the puppy will be made available), or walmart to walmart 2 wks prior to your puppies delivery. If you fail to pay balance 2 wks prior your delivery, delivery date may get changed. Which could cause flight fares to rise at your cost. Or could cause you to lose your spot on ground transport and have to wait until the next route is scheduled. It could also cause a reset date for your flight nanny service.
Puppies or dogs 12wks or older that are ready to go must be paid in full and a vet appt and transportation or pickup times will be made within 3 wks of payment. Acceptions to this may be made by me dependant upon vet appt availability and or flight nanny/transport availability. I will do my very best to make the quickest arrangements with you as I can.
