We will do our best to post updates every 2wks until puppy goes home.
Pick ups will be a public safe place. We only meet on weekends after 2 pm do to tight schedules. We do not meet half way or otherwise. We must be close to home. We need at least a 2 week notice/time frame after holding fee/deposit to schedule your pick up and get your paperwork and puppy ready for you. On some occasions we may be able to do a 1 week notice time depending on our current schedule and obligations.
Puppies go home between the ages of 12 to 16 weeks depending on their individual readiness with weaning ect. By putting down a deposit you acknowledge it is non refundable and are accepting the terms or our puppy contract.
*We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.
If for any reason, at anytime during the puppy/dogs time in our possesion, we feel that a home and or potential buyer, will no longer be a good home or buyer, for our puppy/puppies/dog, we reserve the right to cancel the reserve/deposit/sale of any puppy/dog in our possession, and the deposit and any other monies received will be refunded in full to the original reserve/deposit holder. Any prior perceived promises of transfer of possession of said puppy/dog becomes null and void. The deposit and any other monies will also be refunded in full if something happens to the puppy, i.e. extra medical attention, a birth defect, an accident of the puppy occurs, or death. In all other cases the reserve/deposit is non refundable.
**WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. HOWEVER, SHOULD THEIR BE A ISSUE WITH THE PUPPY YOU HAVE CHOSEN AND OR TAKEN HOME, WE WILL REPLACE A PUPPY WITH ANOTHER PUPPY AT THE NEXT AVAILABLE LITTER OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE TO THE PUPPY YOU HAVE.***
