Non refundable Deposits are 100.00 and will be added to the final purchase price depending on color, and sex you have asked for.
We only accept walmart to walmart cash transfer or we will also accept a money order purchased from Walmart and sent by usps mail with a tracking number. We will no longer make exceptions to this. If picking up it is cash only on pick up, no exceptions. You send us the number receipt for walmart to walmart and we send you back the receipt from pickup as confirmation. For money orders purchased from walmart only you send us a picture of the filled out money order and tracking number. We will then send you a picture confirmation it was received.
WAITING LIST
If you would like to be placed on our priority waiting list a deposit will reserve your spot in line. The earlier you get on our list the better, giving you a better chance at getting your desired puppy sooner. Picks will be done at 4wks or later depending on evaluations of available puppies and not before. You will be given 24hrs to respond to your message on available puppies and accept or pass. If you do not do so we will move to the next people on our list. It is your responsibility to make yourself available to chose a puppy or pass. We do not have time to send multiple messages and wait days for an answer. No refund will be given if we passed you do to non response.
We will contact you in order of our list and based on color and sex requested when we have puppies available that match your exact criteria or close to it.
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to any future litter.
We cannot guarantee we will have the specific gender, color, size, coat size, exact muzzle type, of your choice from your desired litter, we can guarantee that you will get a healthy and happy puppy that is well socialized. We do not guarantee that any puppy will be "show quality".
We try our very best to make an educated guess about what color puppies we will be expecting from certain parents, but obviously it's all up to that mom and dad and sometimes they even surprise us.
You are allowed to skip any available litter and wait for the perfect puppy. However, if you do not chose a puppy within a year of placing your waitlist deposit and we have of offered you your desired color and sex of puppy you will be moved to the bottom of the list. There will still not be a refund as your place was being held. If 2yrs have passed since your deposit, your deposit is forfeited and you will be removed from the list. Should you chose to get on our list again you will need to pay the non refundable deposit again. However, after 2 passes on your second waitlist enrollment your deposit is forfeited and you will no longer be able to join our waitlist.
**If i have contacted you about an available puppy and there is no response for over 30 days, your deposit is forfeited and you will be removed from our list permenently**
Prices on puppies are never guarunteed and flucuate with the current economy and our continued improvements in our lines. Our puppies range 2800 and up. Merles start at 3000 and go up. Whites start at 4000 and go up.
We place everyone on our list in order of deposits received. In the case a litter is not produced like we hoped for, there aren't enough puppies out of your preferred litter, or one doesn't meet your criteria; then your deposit will go towards our next available litter. We reserve the right to hold back a puppy for our breeding program.
By placing your deposit with us we you agree to these terms and our contract. And are fully informed that the deposit is non refundable for any reason including your choice to no longer be on the list at any time.
If choosing to take your name of our list you must notify us immediately. Again no refind will be given for voluntarily being removed from the list.
VOLUNTARY HOLD
Should you chose to be put in hold status due to finaces or not ready for a puppy yet, etc, you will lose your original place in line. You must tell us that you want to be put in hold status if you are not ready to chose a puppy at the time one has become available or in the near future. This is to not waste my time contacting you when you are not ready for a puppy for any reason. It is your responsibility to notify us that you wish to go back into active status. At which point you will be put in the next avaiable position after current waitlisters.
PUPPY PICK-OUT
For anyone on our waiting list, we will contact everyone when a litter is born and will contact each person individually when we have puppies available that match their criteria.
Once we make sure that the puppies are thriving, we will go down our list and start contacting individuals on puppies based on preferences made by each individual.
We will do bi weekly photos updates and possibly videos as the puppies grow until they leave to go to your home.
If you are set on a certain color and/or gender we will only contact you about puppies that meet this criteria. If you are set on a particular type of puppy your wait may be longer. If you are not set on a certain type or on color, gender, etc. you will have more puppies to choose from and have the opportunity to get one sooner.
